Educational technology in higher education in the field of medical applications has important practical significance to improve the quality of medical education and promote the reform of medical education. The practice of medical education which has distinctive characteristics has formed a complete curriculum system and teaching mode over a long period of accumulation and development. Today information technology is widely used, but how to use educational technology to improve medical education, teaching reform and self-learning ability of student has become a solved issue. On the status of higher medical education technology research and countermeasures can help guide the application of educational technology. Due to the few studies of the current strategy of technology about higher medical education, educational technology has little practical guidance in higher medical education reform and development.Combined with medical education technology in Jilin University, this study promotes the medical education technology strategy based on the in-depth investigation and analysis of educational technology in medical. In this study, higher medical education technology strategy is proposed for the guidance of basic subjects based on the constructivist theory. This model specifically includes two parts:the teaching/learning the form module and teaching/learning media selection application modules. Through the discussion about composition and function of the two modules it can provide more specific guidance to ideas and methods.This paper consists of five chapters. The first chapter mainly discusses the technology of medical education research background, significance, research methods content. It starts with the actual analysis of the current medical education, and sums up the medical education technology application several outstanding problems.Chapter II is the overview of Educational Technology. It focuses on the theoretical basis for the application of educational technology. Theory is the practice guide. As the past philosophy of education rooted, the application of educational technology must have advanced educational theory as a support to give full play to the role of educational technology. At the middle of this chapter the content of higher medical education technology research were defined. At the end of this study, sum up the impact of educational technology in teaching of medical factors and their relationship.The third chapter focuses on the application status of educational technology in Jilin University Norman Bethune Medical. Medical Education in Jilin University of technology application problems were analyzed from the multi-angle multi-level contrary to statistical analysis for the results of the questionnaire and interviews. At the end of this chapter a number of specific strategies and measures were made.Chapter IV highlights the constructivist theory in higher medical education under the guidance of technology strategy-build models of higher medical education technology. At first, this chapter describes the key principles of the Model (specifications, adaptability, availability) and model structure and composition (model building blocks, the relationship between the functional description of each module in detail), then focuses on the use of educational technology applications to the model for the specific process.Chapter V summarizes the research and makes a brief description of limitations and shortcomings in the study. At the end makes the prospect for future research.
