Object:To study effect of SHUILV mixture on peritoneal lymphatic stomata and the concentration of the urinary ions in H22 ascites liver cancer mice.Elucidate its mechanism in regulating the lymphatic stomata and promoting the absorption of ascites.Methods::Sixty special pathogen free (SPF)Kunming mice were randomized into 6 groups:blank contral group(NS), model contral group(M),low SHUILV mixture model group(TA),high SHUILV mixture model group(TB),NO supplie group(NO) and NO suppressor group(NOS). Make the mold 5nd days to start for the medicine, after 9nd measure the urinary ions concentration. Using scanning electron microscope (SEM) and computerized limage processing and quantitative analysisResults:1. weight and the survival timeAll group in first day(D1),D3 were not statistically different(P>0.05); At D5,M,TA,TB group were statistically significant compared to NS group (P<0.01); At D7,TB was statistically significant compared to others group (P<0.05);At D9,D11 and D13,TA and TB were statistically significant compared to M(P<0.05);TA and TB were not statistically significant compared with M about the survival time (P>0.05)2. Effect of SHUILV mixture on peritoneal Lymphatic StomataCompared to NS group and model group, SHUILV mixture could significantly enhance diameter enlarged, number of opening and density of distribution (P<0.05 or P<0.01)3. Concentration of potassium,sodium, chlorine in the urinarySHUILV mixture could significantly enhance the drainage of urinary ions Compared to NS group and model group (P<0.05 or P<0.01)4. Endogenous NO concentration in blood of the miceIt showed the endogenous NO concentration in Model contral group was obviously lower than TA and TB in H22 liver cancer ascites (P<0.05 or P<0.01)Conclusion:1. These observations to demonstrate that SHUILV Mixture can reduce the Weight, but can not prolong the survival time of H22 bearing mice.2. These experiment study showed SHUILV mixture regulating peritoneal lymphatic stomata, improving the drainage from peritoneal cavity in the malignant ascites.3. These observations indicated that SHUILV mixture enhance the drainage of urinary ions in the malignant ascites.4. SHUILV mixture might treat ascites through increasing the endogenous NO concentration to open the lymphatic stomata and in turn to conduct the peritoneal water through lymphatic path.
