Comparison Of The TUDP And PKRP Relevant Index In The Treatment Of Patients With BPH

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and relevant data of transurethral balloon dilatation of prostate (TUDP) with plasmakinetic energy transurethral resection of the prostate (PKRP) in the treatment of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods A total of 61 patients with BPH were enrolled from October 2009 to May 2010. But, in some field, TUDP is still useful supplement, such as the elderly and infirm patients can choose TUDP; the patients which combined with low tolerance of cardiopulmonary complications can choose TUDP; the relatively young patients which are to avoid increase retrograde ejaculation also can choose TUDP; It also can choose TUDP For remote undeveloped area without transurethral resection equipment and laser equipment, for Without sufficient funds For PKRP or ransurethral resection of the prostate.
