Objective:To investigate the Expression of ERCC1,BRCA1 and the correlation with platinum-based chemotherapy Clinical Efficacy in the advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Materials and Methods:We have retrospectively studied the 152 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer from January 2005 to May 2010 using platinum-based chemotherapy as first-line treatment. The tissue was examined by immuno-histochemical stains. We studied the correlation of the expression of ERCC1,BRCA1 Follow-up investige their treatment, data were analzed by X2 test and Logistic regression. Results:There were no difference between different pathological classification and clinical TNM stages, age, sexuality, smoke state neither of the masc rate of BRCAland ERCC1 gene in advanced NSCLC.Logistic regression. Conclusion:The expression levels of BRCAland ERCC1 make no difference with clinical feature. The results suggests that the expression of ERCC1 could predict the sensitivity in advanced non-small cell lung with paltinum-based chemotherapy, and positive expression of ERCC1may predicate possible resistance to platinum-based chemotherapy.
