objective:To discuss the etioltgy of the lower limb deep venous thrombosis and afford the impersonality index for treating DVT by TCM prescription through studing clinical experience prescription—Qing Re San Yu Tang prescription for the DVT and detecting, analyzing the changes of the inflammatory cytokines and the D-dimer. Method:There are sixty cases of DVT as treated group which are devided into two groups, one is the Shi Re Xia Zhu syndrome group(30 cases), the other is the Xue Yu Shi Zhong syndrome group(30 cases). There are thirty normal person as the normal control group. We detecting the tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), Interleukin-1(IL-1), Interleukin-6(IL-6), Interleukin-1O(IL-10) and the D-dimer. We compared the treated group with the normal control group about the detection results, and there is a statistical comparison between the before and after treatment of the treated group. Results: Compared with the normal group, there is a significant increase about the D-dimer and inflammation cytokine in the treated group before treatment. There are obvies increase about the anti-inflamatory cytokines, and decreases about the pro-inflamatory cytokines and D-dimer in the treated group after treatment. Between the shi re xia zhu group and xue yu shi zhong group there is a a significant difference about the Interleukin-10(IL-10). The results are statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion:The inflammatory cell factors have had the close relationship wih the pathogenesis and TCM syndromes of DVT. The qing re san yu tang prescription could not only inhibit the level of pro-inflamatory cytokines, but also elevate the level of anti-inflamatory cytokines, and to promote the fibrinolytic system. The results fully reflect the feature of the bi-directional regulation of which to treat DVT with TCM. The study have not only verified and improved the modern medicine pathogenesis of DVT, but also afforded the impersonality index for TCM syndrome and treating DVT by TCM prescription.
