Objective:This dissertation only retrospective research( Department of orthopedics, Shanxi big hospital) of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in patients with single site preoperativeclosed fracture incidence, study on the relation between the preoperative and D- deep venous thrombosis of the lower linbs of two dimers dynamic change analysis of fracture. Methods:Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of patients in our hospital from 2011 Novemberto 2013 December for lower limb fracture: body mass index, preoperative bed time, the early stage of fracture( 3D) lying in bed for along time and peroperative(>7D) monitoring D-D two dimer examination results, lower extremity deep venous ultrasound results etc. On the basis of all cases included preoperative lower extremity deep venous ultrasonographyresults, statistics in our hospital of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in patients withsingle site preoperative closed fracture incidence, and on the basis of preoperative ultrasonography results will be incorporated into the patients were divided into non DVT group and DVT group, and between the two groups after fracture within the 24 h D-D examinationresults, preoperative D-D peak, D-D peak time were statistically analyzed and compared. P <0.05 for difference had statistical significance.Results:(1)The preoperative bed time of lower limb fractures patients which is more than 7days,the incidence of DVT is more than the DVT incidence of less than 7 days(P < 0.05).and(2) With significant DVT group and non DVT group within 24 hours after injury, the D- second poly body content difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), but between DVT group and non DVT group D- second poly peak difference was not statistically significant.(3) 3Days after the fracture, the number of No DVT group which has D- dimer peak significantly more than the proportion of patients with DVT group(P <0.05).(4) patients with fracture of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis preoperatively in related risk factors of analysis results are as follows: time > 7 days lying in bed, check blood coagulation in D- dimer peak appeared late and continuous increase of patients significantly increased the risk of deep vein thrombosis, should be clear further the use of deep vein ultrasound diagnosis; Age, sex and BMI, the hospital diagnosis, the influence of the medical complications of deep vein thrombosis occurred was not significant. Conclusions:( 1) The lower extremity deep vein thrombosis(LDVT) incidence of DAYI hospitals in shanxi was 17.8%.(2) stay in bed for a long time and D- D rise continuous, for the dangerous factors of LDVT occurs.(3) Different types of fracture incidence of LDVT is not the same, including deep vein thrombosis of femoral neck fracture, the highest incidence rate was 35.71%, but the difference was not statistically significant.(4)Single D-D detection is not sufficient to judge the formation of LDVT; D-D continuous detectionof LDVT will may be a trend.
