Clinical Research On Coronary Heart Disease Angina Treated With Bu Yang Huan Wu Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bu Yang Huan Wu Tang Decoction on the disease of coronary heart disease (CHD) agina and to probe its mechanism of action. Methods:51 inpatients of CHD with stable tired agina of gradeⅠ～Ⅲwere chosen,and divided randomly into experiment group(n=30) and control group(n=21).The experiment group was treated with Bu Yang Huan Wu Tang Decoction,while the control group was treated with Yu Xin Tong Capsule.Four weeks later,we observed the effect on the patients. Result:Respectively, the totle angina effective rate is 66.7% both in experiment group and in control group, the effects are mostly the same(P>0.05); the totle effective rate of the symptoms on traditional Chinese medicine is96.7%,76.2%;ECG total effective rate is63.3 %,61.9%;the effects of the two groups are mostly the same(P>0.05). The totle effective rate of ECG exercise test is 56.7%,52.4%, the comparison of the two groups has statistic significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:It is pointed that Bu Yang Huan Wu Tang Decoction is effective and safe for the patients with CHD,has yiqihuoxue ang tongluo analgesic efficacy. It can relief the clinical symptoms effectually, improve the ECG,reduce the ammount of nitroglycerlin.Its mecnism of action may be related to its effect on reducing myocardial oxygen consumption,improving the myocardial ischemia,and reducing atherosclerosis risk.It is prompted that the method of yiqihuoxue and tongluo analgesic is the one of commonly used effective treatments that can be used to cure angina pectoris in patients with Qixuxueyu.
