Evaluation Study Of The Treatment On Focal Cerebral Infarction Rats By Bu Yang Huan Wu Tang Decoction

Objective:To investigate Bu yang Huan wu Tang decoction on the protection of ischemic rat model and its possible mechanism of stroke prevention, and from cellular and molecular level interpretation of Bu Yang Huan Wu Tang decoction on rat model of IL-1?, TNF-a and SOD and other relevant. Observation of ischemic rats in general, neurobehavioral symptoms, bleeding symptoms, disease prevention and control permits for the provision of new ideas and experimental evidence.Methods:TCM etiology and pathology of modern medicine causes a combination of modeling methods, in a simulated ischemic stroke etiology and clinical manifestations based on the high fat diet, the left common carotid artery ligation and method of preparation of ischemic stroke rat model. Brain tissue water content of drugs in the intervention group and model group, sham-operated group was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The high-fat diet likely to cause bleeding, blood stasis wind cause ischemic stroke. Blood Circulation of a gas can be the theoretical basis, using Bu Yang Huan Wu Tang decoction de rat model of ischemic treatment, and achieved certain results. Bu Yang Huan Wu Tang decoction on focal cerebral ischemia in rats, neural function has a protective effect, the mechanism may be related to reduced brain tissue inflammation, anti-free radical damage. Bu Yang Huan Wu Tang decoction reduced IL-1?, TNF-?levels and brain water content and reducing ischemic brain injury, anti-free radical formation, cerebral infarction may protect brain injury mechanisms.
