Objectives:To investigate the characteristic Of blood coagulation and D-dimer in acute craniocerebral traumas, and to evaluate the severity of brain injury, complications and prognosis.Methods:(1) 223 cases of acute craniocerebral traumas alone were blood samples taken at the time of admission, into the silica tube, and to 109mmo1/1 sodium citrate (1:9 ratio by mixing with the blood) anticoagulant, check the coagulation features (including prothrombin time, PT, activated partial thromboplastin time APTT, fibrinogen Fbg) and D-dimer D-dimer. (2) According to the GCS score patients were divided into mild, moderate and severe groups, compared three groups of PT, APTT, Fbg, D-dimer. (3) According to the different types of craniocerebral traumas,Compare different types of PT, APTT, Fbg, D-dimer. (4) according to the Oxford disability score (OHS), patients were divided into two groups,OHS 4-5 group and 1-3 group after treatment for 6 months, compare two groups of PT, APTT, Fbg, D-dimer. (5) According to whether the secondary traumatic cerebral infarction were happened after lweek treatment, patients were divided into groups, compare two groups of PT, APTT, Fbg, D-dimer. (6) According to whether the delayed intracranial hematoma were happened after lweek treatment, patients were divided into groups, compare two groups of PT, APTT, Fbg, D-dimer.Results:(1) GCS score of different patients with acute craniocerebral traumas PT, APTT, Fbg was no significant difference, D-dimer in acute craniocerebral traumas patients in each group differed significantly. (2) different types of blood coagulation in patients with craniocerebral traumas was not significantly different indexes. (3) OHS score of different patients with acute bracraniocerebral traumas PT, APTT, Fbg was no significant difference, D-dimer were significantly higher. (4)In secondary traumatic cerebral infarction group PT were short, Fbg were low, D-dimer were significantly higher. APTT were no significant difference. (5) in delayed intracranial hematoma group PT were significantly longer, D-dimer were significantly increased, APTT were extended. Fbg was lower. Conclusion:The results showed that in craniocerebral traumas, there is a link between clotting indicators and the severity, prognosis, and its complications of craniocerebral traumas, but it is not stable. D-dimer is an early more reliable indicator to judgy the prognosis in craniocerebral traumas.
