Objective: Hemodynamics parameters of blood vessel of endometrial carcinoma was detected by transvaginal color doppler ultrasound and microvessel density (MVD)were applied to analyze endometriosis cancer. We explored whether there were differences between endometrial carcinoma and endometrial hyperplasia in color doppler hemodynamics parameters and microvessel density, then judged the relationship of hemodynamics parameters with microvessel density. Study the value of transvaginal color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma. Methods: Patients with complete clinical record who visited the first affiliated hospital, shanxi medical university from January 2010 to January 2011 were chosen. There were 20 cases of endometrial carcinoma and 27 cases of endometrial hyperplasia. All cases were inspected by transvaginal color doppler ultrasound before diagnostic curettage and operation. We examined the size of uterus, endometrial thickness and echo. We watched blood condition and recorded the measured parameters of pulsatility index(PI)and resistance index(RI). After operation, endometrial cancer tissue and endometrial hyperplasia tissue were detected by SP immunohistochemical method. Fist antibody(blood vessel marker)was CD34 and PBS was negative control. Microvessel density was counted under the microscope . Datas was analyzed by statistical analysis.Results:1. Lesions of endometrial carcinoma patient group at the rate of blood flow signals in the control group showed significantly. Group of endometrial carcinoma rate was higher flow signals.2. Hemodynamic parameters, PI and RI of endometrial carcinoma group were statistically significantly different from the control group. PI of case group was lower than control group. RI of case group was lower than control group.3. Statistical analysis of microvessel density show that differences between case group and control group were statistically significant. MVD of endometrial carcinoma group was higher than control group.4. RI of endometrial carcinoma group negatively correlated with MVD. Correlation coefficient r =-0.488, P<0.05.Conclusion:1. Hemodynamics parameters of blood vessel of endometriosis cancer was detected by transvaginal color doppler ultrasound. It may provide important information for early identification of endometrial carcinoma.2. RI of endometrial carcinoma group negatively correlated with MVD. RI can be used for preoperative evaluation of angiogenesis in endometrial carcinoma.
