Background: With the population aging , diet and environmental factors , and changesin health carelevel, the incidence of benign prostatic hyperplasia was increasing and the trendwas younger, normal abdominal ultrasound showed prostate blood flow velocity was notobviou s, but Ultras oun d ima ging sho wed high sensitivity to low blood flow, withthe newultrasound technology and the rapid development of ultrasound contrast agents, such asthe liver disease in the differential diagnosis of clinical value has been recognized, this study onprostate hyperplasia Study the characteristics of ultrasound contrast, want to summarizethe cha nge s of ultras oun d to inv estiga te ultraso und eva lu ation of benign prostatichyperplasia on the value of the level of blood perfusion ..Objective: Ultrasound imaging techniques, abdominal ultrasound prostate (ProstaticHypertrophy, PH) patients within the gland, outer gland dynamic infusion of contrast mediumand echo intensity during the process, explore the inner gland of patients with benign prostatichyperplasia, ultrasound outer gland Perfusion of the basic characteristics of ultrasound perfusionimaging of benign prostatic hyperplasia the assessed value.Materials and Methods: 15 cases of prostate specific antigen (Prostate Specific Antigen,PSA) increased in patients with pathologically confirmed benign prostatic hyperplasia, usingPhilips-IU22-based color Doppler ultrasonography, contrast pulse sequence with CPS imagingtechniques and time intensity analysis software: QLAB - Region of Interest (ROI) QuantificationPlug-in/Tool (invigoration regionalization plugin). Used contrast agent SonoVue Bracco powdersecond-generation contrast agent, before the injection of normal saline for 5ml, preparation ofsulfur hexafluoride microbubbles suspension. First, the transabdominal color Doppler ultrasoundexamination of the prostate volume size, capsule, and blood flow within the echo shape, distribution, number of observation. After the injection of ultrasound contrast agents, ultrasoundperfusion imaging, synchronous dynamic and static images stored. Observed within the prostategland and outer gland dynamic performance of ultrasound imaging, retrospective analysis ofstatic and dynamic observation of the entire process of imaging, both inside and outside thegland one of the selected region of interest analysis, and then take the value as the imagingparameters of subjects inside and outside the gland and the production of time - intensity curves(TIC), analysis of ultrasound inside and outside the gland began to increase time, imaging beganto subside time, rise slope and the peak intensity of support. Results: (1) within the prostate gland in patients with peak intensity greater than the outergland(P <0.05), significant differences between the two. (2) in patients with prostate glands greater than the ascending branch slope of theoutergland (P <0.05), significant differences between the two.(3) within the prostate gland and outer gland of patients at the beginning ofdevelopmenttime, time to peak intensity (P> 0.05), no significant statistical differencebetween the two.ConclusionConclusion:With the ultrasound technique in the continuous application of prostatedisease, observed both inside and outside the prostate gland blood flow changes in acontinuous process of dynamic perfusion, quantitative analysis, access parameterscan be usedas early indicators to determine the quantitative prostatic hyperplasia with high clinical value.
