In this paper, Peripheral nerve free from nervus centralis animal model was planted with bone marrow-neural tissue committed stem cells-derived neurons. To examine the cells survived, migrated, grown, differented and established the neural pathways in peripheral nerve without the interferer of central nervous system and new axons. Concluded, bone marrow derived neural tissue committed stem cells could be a source of transplanted neurons. Because exclused the impact of the central nervous system and new axons, Peripheral nerve free from nervus centralis animal model can be used as evaluation of peripheral nerve transplanted neurons. Adult stem cells derived neurons could survive in peripheral nerve micro-environment and neuronic physiological function. Adult stem cells derived neurons cells repaired peripheral nerve injury is feasible.
