Objective:This present study is to investigate whether Er Huang basilicon can promote wound healing and its mechanism for treating superficial second-degree burn wound for rabbit.And observe its bacteriostasis in vitro and analgestic effect.As well as studying the clinical efficacy of Er Huang basilicon.Methods:1.Experimentation:â‘ Skin toxicity and skin sensitization test;â‘¡Study on the role of promoting heal:20 molded rabbits were randomly divided into four comparison area,trial group,control group,model group,blank group.â‘¢study for the analgestic experiment:60 rabbits were randomly divided into six comparison area,geoline group,base material group,low dose trial group,middle dose trial group,high dose trial group,moistening burn ointment group,applying tail-flick method to investigate pain threshold and percentage for increasing pain threshold.â‘£bacteriostasis in vitro:using test tube doubling dilition to observe whether Er Huang basilicon can restrain bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Pyocyaneum bacterium.2.Clinical Research:Total 60 burn patients with superficial second-degree are randomly divided into two group which is the trial group and the control group.each group have 30 patients,respectively 10 days as a period of treatment.After debriding,two group is given different topica.The situation of wound healing time and area,improving symptom were recorded at the 3rd,5th,7th day after the patients hospitalization.Results:1.Experimentation:â‘ Er Huang basilicon was no stimulation and sensitization of skin in rabbits.â‘¡The healing effect of Er Huang basilicon group is better than moistening burn ointment group.â‘¢Er Huang basilicon can effectively restrain Staphylococcus aureus,Pyocyaneum bacterium. Equivalent efficacy is compared with moistening burn ointment(P>0.05).But for the Escherichia coli,the trial group have predominance to the control group(P< 0.01).â‘£Er Huang basilicon have effective analgesic effect.especially middle and high dose trial drug. They are better than the control drug(P<0.01) 2.Clinical Research:â‘ The synthetic therapeutic effect of the trial group and recovery time are equivalent of control group,but discrepancy is unconpicuous(P >0.05).â‘¡For dynamic healing situation,the trial group is better than the comparision group(P<0.05)â‘¢The symptom score is better than the comparision group(P<0.05)Conclusion:1.Er Huang basilicon is no toxicity to rabbit skin.It is conduced to wound healing.It has good antibacterial and analgesic effects.2Er Huang basilicon have better curative effect than moistening burn ointment in treating superficial second-degree burn wound.
