| Objective To explore postoperative provisionally paralysis in meningiomas in the falx cerebri and sagittal sinuses in the elderly patient Methods By retrospective analysis compare the complications of elderly group with that of the young and middle age group which both have whole case history. Results Much more postoperative provisionality paralysis occur in the elderly (than another group) which restored to their preopretive muscle strength after active treatment. Conclusion Adequate attention should be focused on postoperative provisionality paralysis in the elderly because of the high possibility of other complications and the delay of courses of disease. |
