The Effect On Malnutrition In Chronic Renal Failure Azotemia Stage With The Therapy Of Promoting Spleen And Kidney

Objective To observe the effect on malnutrition in Chronic renal failure azotemia stage with Qi deficiency with the therapy of promoting spleen and kidney, which is a characteristic of TCM and could develop the therapy of TCM.Methods Choose 60 patients suitable with symptoms of CRF. We used the simple and randomed method to divide them into two groups:control group and treatment group. Each group included 30 patients.2 groups were treated with western medicine combined Niaoduqing Capsule. The treatment group took the therapy of promotig spleen and kidney (additional sijunzi decoction).2 groups were observed for 30 days. Before and after 30-day treatment, measured ALB,PA,HGB,TF,BUN,Scr of both two groups and collected the corresponding time section points of chinical symptoms. Measuring CRP of both two groups before treatment. Applying software SPSS 17.0 to analyze the result, then contrast among members of each group and one group to another group. Analyzing the changes of index and improve clinical symptoms of patients under the study.Results (1)After treatment, clinical symptoms points of both two groups significantly decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); After treatment, the reduction of points of treatment group was greater than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(2)Regarding clinical effects of the two groups, treatment group was higher, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Compared before and after the treatment, the treatment group and control group BUN,Scr were significantly decreased than that before treatmet, ALB,HGB and TF higher than that before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Between the treatment group and control group after treatment, BUN,Scr,ALB,HGB and TF of the treatment group changed greater than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).(4) Before treatment, there was a significant negative correlation between CRP and ALB in two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions The therapy of promoting spleen and kidney could reduce the clinical symptoms of malnutrition in CRF azotemia stage, to a certain extent could reduce BUN,Scr, improve renal function. It could raise ALB,HGB, improve malnutrition and effectively delay the progress of CRF.
