Clinical Observation On Spleen And Kidney Replenish Turbidity And Blood Circulation Methods For Patients With Chronic Renal Failure With Syndrome Of Spleen And Kidney Deficiency And Zhuoyu

Objective:Observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Yishenjiangzhuohuoxue method on patients with chronic renal failure(CRF)spleen and kidney deficiency and turbid phlegm syndrome and serum platelet-derived growth factor(BBGF)-BB,PDGF-BB)effect.To explore the relationship between chronic renal failure and platelet-derived growth factor and renal fibrosis,and provide evidence for the treatment of chronic renal failure from the perspective of delaying renal fibrosis.Methods:The selected cases in this study were all from the Department of Nephrology and wards of Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2016 to December 2017,which were in accordance with CKD3a-5,Glomerular filtration rate(GFR)GFR 10-59ml/(min 1.73m2),a total of 40 cases.Given spleen and kidney to benefit from turbidity and blood circulation method self-prepared prescription treatment,the total test was observed for 2 months.Venous blood and urine were collected before treatment,one month after treatment,and two months after treatment.Blood routine,liver function,renal function,and 24-hour urinary protein quantification were measured.GFR was estimated and serum was detected by ELLSA method.Changes of PDGF-BB before and after treatment were observed.Changes in the scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment were also observed.Results:Compared with pre-treatment,TCM syndrome scores,blood pressure,and hemoglobin were significantly improved(P<0.05)after TCM treatment.The plasma albumin,24-hour urinary protein,and urea nitrogen were not statistically significant.Significant changes(P>0.05)were not statistically significant;serum creatinine and glomerular filtration rate were significantly improved(P<0.05),with statistical significance;serum PDGF-BB factor was significantly lower(P<0.05).Statistical significance;Conclusion:1.Jianpi Yishen turbidity and blood circulation method can improve the clinical symptoms of chronic renal failure patients with spleen and kidney deficiency and Zhuozhu syndrome.2.Spleen and kidney replenishing turbidity and blood circulation treatment can improve the state of renal function;3.After treatment of Jianpi Yishenjiangzhuohuoxue,the expression of PDGF-BB,a fibrogenic factor,was reduced,and the kidney fibrosis was delayed.
