Objective:Observe the therapeutic effect of the treatment to PAR with Decoction Linguizhugantang.Methods:Divide 105 patients with PAR of adverse phlegm pattern randomly into trial group and control group,52 cases in trial group, and 53 cases in control group. Treat the trial group with oral decoction Linguizhugantang modified, while control group with oral Lomtadine, both for 14 days. The patients should accept further consultations regularly, during which the processing of symptoms, physical signs, and untoward effects of both groups should be observed. Analyze the integral by statistics and the end of treatment period, and judge the therapeutic effects.Results:Between the trial group and the control group, there're significant differences on anterior and posterior symptoms (P<0.05), which refers to that the symptom integral of trial group is superior to the control group. The excellence of trial group is 46.15%, and the total cure rate of which is 76.92%. The excellence of control group is 24.53%, and the total cure rate of which is 58.49%. Via the Kruskal-Wallis Test, the statistics Z equals to -2.489, P<0.05, there's statistical difference.Conclusion:To cure the PAR of adverse phlegm pattern differentiation, the applications of Linguizhugantang modified has a fine therapeutic effect with few untoward effects, taking the converting of Yin and Yang in human body as its character, and tonifying spleen-qi to expel the phlegm, which is worth of popularization.
