To apply the blood srteam dynamics change to detection in infant CHD of surgical or interfere treatment before and after .To explore change regulation.Methods:77 patients with CHD,including 31 patients with ASD, 46 patients with VSD and 23 normal subjects were studied by using Philips iE33 RT-3DEWe quantitative assessed their left ventricular volume and ejection fraction by EDV ESV SV EF. The dimensional datasets were post-processed with Qlab work station"Crop adjustment"and"Plane adjustment":functional Keys were used to display the volumetric view ASD or VSD . Then enter multiplanar restruction (MPR). through axis display ASD or VSD change of capacity.At last corresponding the result to proceed statistics analysis.Results:(1)RT-3DE could display more clear and stable picture, RT-3DE display of the site, type, shape peripheral structures of ASD or VSD .The clinical study agreed that RT-3DE provide more simple ,feasible and accurate new methods compared 2DE of the measure capacity and assessed the heart functional. (2)23 normal subjects the whole view of interatrial and interventricular wall complete were displayed by RT-3DE. RT-3DE detect the heart functional.and ventricular volume all normal.(3) There was significantly difference EDV ESV SV EF. Obtained form before one week of surgical or interfere treatment compared with after one month of surgical or interfere treatment(P<0.001). There was significantly difference EDV ESV SV EF. Obtained form before one week of surgical or interfere treatment compared with normal subjects(P<0.001).(4) There was no significantly difference EDV ESV SV EF. Obtained form the blood follow one way form LV to RV VSDwith before one week of surgical compared with after one month of surgical(P>0.001).(5) There was significantly difference EDV ESV SV EF. Obtained form the blood follow double way form LV to RV or form RV to LV VSDwith before one week of surgical compared with after one month of surgical(P>0.001). There was significantly difference EDV ESV SV EF. Obtained form the blood follow double with after one month of surgical compared with normal subjects(P<0.001).(6) There was no significantly difference EDV ESV SV EF. Obtained form after one month of surgical compared with normal subjects(P>0.001).(7) There was no significantly difference EDV ESV SV EF. Obtained form after one month of interfere treatment compared with normal subjects(P>0.001).(8) There was no significantly difference EDV ESV SV EF. Obtained form after one month of of surgical the blood follow one way form LV to RV VSD compared with after one month of interfere treatment.Conclusions: The stereoscopic views of the structures of Atria septal and ventricular septal and site,shape of defect of ASDand VSD more displayed by RT-3DE compared with 2DE。RT-3DE provid more septal defect information for clinical . RT-3DE provide more simple ,feasible and accurate new methods compared 2DE of the measure capacity. and assessed the heart contraction functional.
