Studies On General Pharmacology Of Simiaojunyi Ointment For Wounds Analgesia-teating And Healing After Operation Of Hemorrhoids And Anal Fistul

Objective:To study the general pharmacological action of simiaojunyi ointment, offer an experimental basis for new medicine Development.Method:1.The influence of Simaojunyi ointment to mouse spontaneous activity:50 ICR mice were randomly divided into normal group, a blank matrix group, and Simaojunyi cream low, medium and high dose groups. After a successful modeling, Dressing change for wounds, record the general condition and the number of locomotor activitives of mice in 10 minutes after treatment 1/2 h, 1h,2h,3h.2. The influence of Simaojunyi ointment to improving sleep in subthreshold dose with pentobarbital-sodium in mice.50 ICR mice, groups and administration as above, dressing after 1h, intraperitoneal injection of pentobarbital does pentobarbital-sodium 32 mg/ kg, record the numbers of mice after 15min injection of sodium loss of righting reflex within 1 min or more.3.The influence of Simaojunyi ointment on the time of sleep in mice by pentobarbital-sodium.50 ICR mice, groups and administration as above, dressing after 1h, phenobarbital sodium 50 mg/kg was injected into abdominal cavity of all the mice, record the continuous sleep time of the mice.4. The influence of Simaojunyi ointment to rat's respiratory system and cardiovascular system in anesthetized rats.50 SD rats, The experiment designs the groups as above,10% chloral hydrate anesthesia, the rats with intubation under direct vision, needle electrodes switch in limbs, connect the pressure transducer and RM6240BD multi channel physiological signal acquisition and processing system. SBP was observed by tail blood pressure., delivery method as above. All the animals were recorded before administration,after administration 1/2h, 1h,2h,4h of respiratory rate and heart rate, electrocardiogram, arterial blood pressure. To evaluate the influence of Simaojunyi ointment to rats'central nervous system, cardiovascular system and respiratory system.Results:1.Three doses of Simaojunyi ointment and a blank matrix on mice spontaneous, no significant effect on spontaneous activity, the difference was not statistically significant between groups (P>0.05); 2, Simaojunyi ointment subthreshold dose of sodium pentobarbital induced sleep in mice had no significant effect, differences among the groups was not significant (P>0.05); 3, Simaojunyi ointment on pentobarbital sleeping time in mice without coordination significant effect, the difference between the groups was not significant (P>0.05); 4, The periods before and after experiment in anesthetized rats and respiratory rate, heart rate, electrocardiogram, arterial blood pressure had no significant changes, no statistical difference between groups significance (P>0.05). Conclusion:It is suggested that Simiaojunyi ointment had no evident effects on central nerous system, cardiovascular system and respiratory system after inunctions to animals.
