objective:select the best extracted craft of SIMIAOJUNYI Ointment of four flavour medicine by Analgesic experimentMethod:investigate the best extracted craft parameter of essential oil of Pepper, myrrh respectively with their essential oil volume as the index. Investigate the basis for the rationality of mixture extraction and separate extraction on that basis. Use the content of PNS (four index in total, Notoginsenoside R1, Notoginsenoside Rgl, Notoginsenoside Rb1, PNS) as the index, investigate the craft method and condition of Pseudo-Ginseng alcohol reflux and ultrasound. Use the content of Tetrahydropalmatine as the index, do the same. Investigate the analgesic effect of SIMIAOJUNYI ointment of different extracted Craft by the experiment of observed body-torsion and hot-plate method in mice, select the best extract craft of four flavour medicine respectively.Result:The best project to extract the volatile oil from the Pepper alone is that:not soak, extracting times is6hour, put in five times water. Transport rate can up to95%when Rhizoma Corydalis was extract by reflux method2times, so3times was not need,2times was determined; The transport rate of tetrahydropalmatine is about100%from the medicinal materials submicron powder to ointment, according to the result of Level Consistency Check, comparative data from different group, the result was no significant difference of hot-plate method in mice, the pesticide effect of SIMIAOJUNYI ointment was similar made by different group, could not found the better group, the result was significant difference of body-torsion method in mice; The condition of best analgesic activity can be listed as follows:Pepper Rhizoma Corydalis extracted by SFE-CO2, Myrrha was extracted by95%ethanol, Pseudo-Ginseng was extracted by50%, so the extract craft is best.Conclusion:comparative study on the analgesic function on the basis of different extracted craft and technological parameter optimization of SIMIAOJUNYI Ointment, select the more scientific, reasonable, feasible preparation craft by pesticide effect experiment. The result show that in the four flavour medicine, Pepper, Rhizoma Corydalis was extracted with supercritical CO2, myrrh was extracted with95%ethanol, Pseudo-Ginseng was extracted with50%ethanol. The pesticide effect of ointment in this craft is more better than other condition. It can restrained the pain caused by acetic acid and has the obvious function to suppression ache.
