Objective:to study the injury against and reconstruction function ofcerebral ischemia injury of the Jueyin Pericardium Channel of Hand, and explore the protective effect mechanism for Jueyin Pericardium Channel of Hand in cerebrovascular disease application to provides some experiment basis supersession specificity. Methods:randomly divide 50 SD rats into 5 groups:model group, JiaShouShu group, MCAO model group, Pericardium Channel group, Large Intestine Channel group; each group of 5 groups has 10 rats.Pericardium Channel group and Large Intestine Channel group were electriced accupunture after MCAO models made 6h,24h,48h,72h for 30min; The normal group, MCAO model group, JiaShouShu group were bounded after 6h,24h,48h, 72h for 30min.And Observe the influence of neurologic deficits of therapy MCAO rats a mong groups;Using double antioxidant sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent (ELISA) method to detect the VEGF serum concentrations, Using immunohistochemical staining method to detect cerebral infarction area VEGF expression, and microvascular density, and using Fluorescence Quantitative-PCR to detecte VEGFmRNA expression level.Results:(1) The neurologic deficits of MCAO model group at 72h is more than 2h (P<0.05), It is explained that neurologic deficits of MCAO rats is in the trend of aggraved after 3 days theropy. Pericardium Channel group, Large Intestine Channel group could have certain improvement action for neurologic deficits (P< 0.05), and the function between is quite (P>0.05).(2) MCAO model group, Pericardium Channel group and Large Intestine Channel group can cause VEGF express in serum (P<0.01), the function of Pericardium Channel group and Large Intestine Channel group is stronger than MCAO model group(P<0.01), but But between the two groups function is quite (P>0.05). (3) Model group, pericardiac meridian group and the large intestine meridian group can cause VEGF in cerebral infarction the formation of the expression and capillaries (P<0.01), but the function of the pericardial meridian groupand the large intestine meridian group is stronger than model group (P<0.01),and the pericardial meridian group stonger than e. meridian group (P<0.01). There are some correlations between the two indexes.(4) Model group, pericardiac meridian group and the large intestine meridian group can cause VEGF gene expression in cerebral infarction (P<0.01), the pericardial meridian group is superior to other two groups express role (P<0.05), model group express similar by group of both with large intestine (P>0.05).Conclusion:(1) The neurologic deficits of model group MCAO Rats after made mold 3d, have aggravated trend; The serum VEGF, cerebral infarction area VEGF, VEGFmRNA expression and microvascular formation of model group were in different degree increase, It is explained that chemic damage can cause the organism the occurrence of repair mechanisms itself.(2) After made mould 3d, pericardiac meridian group and the large intestine meridian group had improved MCAO functional neurological defect in rats. Pericardial meridian group and. the large intestine meridian group can promote serum VEGF, cerebral infarction area VEGF, VEGFmRNA expression and microvascular formation; it is explained t EA can promote cerebral infarction angiogenic, have fight ischemic injury and resistance to nerve damage effect.(3) EA hand jue Yin pericardial meridian group promoting cerebral infarction area VEGF, VEGFmRNA expression of the role of the formation and capillaries better than the large intestine meridian group. And the formation and VEGF capillaries parturients.
