Effect Of Electroacupuncture At Hand - Jueyin On The Expression Of VEGF And HIF - 1α In Myocardial Tissue Of Myocardial Ischemic Rats

Objective:To discuss the mechanism of anti-myocardial ischemia injury by electro-acupuncturing on the points of PC from the view of AG, and to provide some experiment basis for the application of PC in MI disease.Methods:Using two random method were divided50SD rats into5groups: normal group, sham operation group, model group, PC group, LU group,10rats in each group. Using the method of coronary ligated to make modes of MI rats, PC group and LU group were electriced acupuncture on the second day after MI modes made,1times daily,30min each time,3consecutive days; The normal group, model group and sham operation group were bounded in the corresponding time. Using double antioxdant sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) method to detect the concentrations of the VEGF、HIF-1α in serum, Using immunohistochemical staining method to detect the expression of the VEGFn HIF-1α in myocardial ischemia area.Result:1.Compared with the normal group and the sham operation group, the model groups PC group and LU group can promote VEGF、HIF-1α expression in serum (p<0.01), the expression of PC group and the LU group are stronger than the model group(p<0.01), and the PC group is better than the LU group(p<0.01).2.Compared with the normal group and the sham operation group, the expression of VEGF、HIF-1α in the infarcted myocardium of the model gruop were low(p<0.01), the expression of the PC group and the LU group were high(p<0.01), and the PC group is higher than the LU group(p<0.01).3.The expression of VEGF and HIF-1α in serum and ischemia tissues have significant correlation(p<0.01).Conclusion:1.Electro-acupuncture the PC group can promote the expression of VEGF、 HIF-1α in serum and ischemia tissues, It may be the one of the mechanism of anti-myocardial ischemia injury.2. The PC group was better than the LU group, it showed the acupiont effect specificity.3.After myocardial ischemia injury in rats, with the changes of HIF-1α expression, VEGF is also changed.
