ObjectiveThrough the Hospital for the patients with lupus nephritis retrospectively study, we could analysis and summary the clinical efficacy on the combination of TCM with Western medicine in Lupus Nephritis patients and adverse reactions.MethodsAeccording to the method of itsef comparison, we collected lupus nephritis patients in ours hospital (The first affiliated hospital of Guangzhou University of TCM) for the study on the summary. It contained one courses of treatment for six months. Asked for the help of covariance software of the SPSS 13.0, we could to analyze the relationes among TCM symPtoms, clinical symptoms, western classes, renal pathologieal classes, and some indexes of tests to summarize the treatment on the combination of TCM with western in lupus nephritis Patients.Results1. By the way of the treatment on the combination of TCM with Western in Lupus Nephritis patients, there were 25 cases (31.3%) in complete remission, partial remission was the second(46 eases, covored 57.5%)), there were 9 patients were certified ineffeetive, and which covered 11.2%. Treated for six months, the total effeetive rate was 88.8%. The pathogenetic conditions were classed four different conditions. After treament, The no activity and the least were increased, the most serious and between them were decreased. After treatment, the least was increased, the most serious and between them were decreased, and the difference had statistieal signifieant(P<0.05). After treatment, the LN activity index and clinic symptoms integral was decreased, the difference had statistieal signifieant(P<0.05). 2. By treated, the 24h upro was decreased, and the ESR was decreased, the difference had statistical signifieant(P<0.01). The C3 and ALB were increased, the IgG was decreased, and the difference had statistical signifieant (P<0.05). The Scr was lowered, but the difference had nostatistieal signifieant(P>0.05).The WBC was decreased and the HGB was increased, but the difference had no statistieal signifieant(P>0.05). The PLT was decreased, and the difference had statistical signifieant (P<0.05).3. The relation between clinical symptoms and western classes had no statistieal significant(P>0.05). The relation between clinical symptoms and renal pathologieal classes had no statistieal significant(P>0.05). The total effeetive rates of the four different sydromes were high, they were 85.2%, 91.3%,88.2%and 92.3%, and the difference had no statistieal significant (P>0.05). The effective rate of younger patients (90.4%) was higher than the olders'(85.7%), the difference had no statistieal significant(P>0.05).4. The occurrence ratios of Obesity, Infection, Acne, Gastrointestinal bleeding and High blood sugar were 46 cases (57.5%),21 cases (26.2%),15 cases (18.8%),8 cases (10.0%) and3 cases (3.8%), and all the cases were improved by the treated. There were no other special and serious occurrence ratios. ConclusionTreating Lupus Nephritis with the method of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine has a better clinieal efficacy. It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of Patients, decrease the LN activity index, and reduce the 24huPro, increase the ALB and C3, improve the Coagulation, reduce the IgG and ESR, and the occurrence rata of side effects is lower, there were no other special and serious occurrence ratios, so it is safer.
