| ObjectiveTo explore clinical curative effect of integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatingⅣ-type active lupus nephritis,through observing clinical symptoms,laboratory tests,treatment side-effects arising in the course of treatment.Based on previous study,to further explore and confirm traditional Chinese and Western Medicine treatingⅣ-type active lupus nephritis is an effective way and explore new drug-agents.MethodsAccording to the diagnostic criteria of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE),inclusion criteria and exclusion,35 patients of lupus nephritis(LN) were enrolled.All study patients were from Guangdong Provincial TCM.In accordance with the design of clinical research strictly,we carry out Control study on their own before and after in the selected case.Treatment base on syndrome to the TCM,and conventional Western medical treatment(using glucocorticoids,immunosuppressive agents,and symptomatic treatment),we treat a coure of two months,the general course of treatment for 3 months. Through analysing clinical symptoms(condition rating),TCM syndrome,the main effect indicators,related to physical and chemical examination,activity indicators find out changes in the comparison of before and after treatment. Finally,ask of the help of covariance software of the SPSS11.5,to explore traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment ofⅣ-type active lupus nephritis activity in the best way.Results(1) The frequency analysis of the preliminary findings showed that 35 cases of the completion of the experiment typeⅣ-type active lupus nephritis, treatment of TCM Syndrome before distribution,which Reduqing flourishing, most of heat resistance,respectively,accounted for 13(37.1%),14 cases (40%),8 cases of yin deficiency heat(22.9%).(2) The pathogenetic conditions were classed three different conditions before treament.The least was 6 cases(17.1%),and the most serious was 10 cases(28.6%),between them was 19 cases(54.3%).After treament,The least was 24 cases(68.6%) which covered more type than other,and the most serious was 2 cases(5.71%),between them was 9 cases(25.7%).(3) By the way of the treatment on the combination of TCM with Western in Lupus Nephritis patients,there were 8 cases(22.9%) in complete remission, partial remission was the second(25 cases,covered 71.4%) ),there were 2 patients(5.7%) were certified ineffective,and which covered 5.7%,total effective rate was 94.3%.(4) Indicators and laboratory immunology course in June compared with the pre-treatment erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),white blood cell(WBC), 24-h urinary protein quantities(24hUPQ),serum albumin(ALB),serum creatinine(Scr),anti-ds-DNA antibody,anti-ANA,anti-Sm,anti-RNP, complement C3,C4,IgA,IgG,the difference was significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionChinese and Western Medicine treatⅣ-type active lupus nephritis,can significantly ease theⅣ-type active lupus nephritis in patients with a variety of clinical symptoms and signs,a significant reduction in the volume of urine protein,increase the blood levels of ALB,but also inhibit and reduce the side effects of western medicine,and reduce the near future(6 months) relapse rate,thus delaying the effective control andⅣ-type active lupus nephritis progress to improve the quality of life in patients with a view to attaining the objective of sustained remission,the treatment ofⅣ-type active lupus nephritis an effective way.
