Objectives:To probe the mechanism o f acupuncture in treatment of dysmenorrheal. Observed power for dysmenorrheal serum PGE2, plasmaβ-endorphin content, from the neurological perspective of behavioral and endocrine acupuncture analgesia in rats on dysmenorrheal.Methods:40 rats were randomly divided into a normal control group, a model group, an EA (electro-acupuncture) group, the ibuprofen group,10 in each group. First of all the model group, EA group were injected diethylstilbestrol modeling the thigh, the thigh control rats injected with normal saline, normal feeding in the same environment, not making model, the daily air grab 1. EA rats from the first day of the modeling treatment, each bilateral Sanyinjiao EA, Guan Yuan, day 1 for 10 days. Imposed density wave, a frequency of 50 times/s, stimulus intensity to a slight local muscle twitch point, rats can tolerate for the degree, EA 20min. Normal control group and model group were not given any treatment. Observed latency of rats in each group and 30min, writhing number; Radioimmunoassay detection of serum PGE2, plasmaβ-endorphin expression differences.Result:Power for dysmenorrhea effect of uterine contractions in rats:Compared with model group,30 minutes after injection of oxytocin, the EA and theibuprofen group than in model group significantly decreased the number of writhing response (P< 0.01), while the normal control Rats writhing response does not appearConclusion:Acupuncture can improve the dysmenorrheal symptom to a certain extent, and the mechanism is possibly related to regulative effects of acupuncture on hormones mediating receptors in rat。Model group, serum PGE2, plasmaβ-endorphin levels were significantly increased compared with normal control group was significant difference (P<0.05)...
