Objective:To observe the expression and correlation of the NF-κB.Bcl-2,TGF-β1 in the serum of the patients with alcoholic fatty liver. Methods:By enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) detected the level of NF-κB,Bcl-2,TGF-β1 in the serum of the 60 patients with alcoholic fatty liver and the level of 30 healthy subjects are the antithesis.Results:(1)The level of NF-KB.Bcl-2.TGF-β1 in AFL serumwas significantly higher than the normal control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).(2)The level of NF-KB.Bcl-2,TGF-β1 in AFL serumwas was positive correlation between each other(P<0.05).(3)The level of NF-κB,Bc1-2,TGF-β1,AST,ALT,TG,GGT in AFL serumwas was positive correlation between each other(P<0.05).Conclusion:The NF-κB,Bc1-2,TGF-β1 played an important role in the pathogenesis of AFL, joint detection of these three cytokines are helpful to judge the hepatocyte apoptosis degree.liver fibrosis degree and liver damage degree.
