The Clinical Observation Of Rongguan Ding Combined With Rolling Needle To Cure Light Alopecia Areata

Objective:to observe the clinical effect and security of Rongguan Ding and rolling needle on Light alopecia areata.Methods:64 patients with Light alopecia areata were divided into two groups randomly,including treatment group which has 32 patients and control group which has 32 patients. The treatment group use the method of Rongguan Ding and rolling needle. And the control group use the method of 2% minoxidil topical solution and rolling needle,we observe the treatment effects and the side effects of the treatment group and control group.Result:In the treatment of Light alopecia areata,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.6%, the total effective rate of the control group was 87.5%; the excellence rate was 65.6%, in the treatment group and 37.5% in control. After the statistical analysis, two groups of clinical total effectiveness not obvious differences (p>0.05), two groups reveal lead to have the remarkable difference (p<0.05), the treatment group reveals leads to surpass the comparison group.Conclusion the treatment group has special effects.Conclusion:Results suggested that Rongguan Ding and rolling needle had satisfactory clinical efficacy for Light alopecia areata. The method of the treatment is simple which is worth to having more clinical researches and using in the clinic.
