Objective: Primarily study the influence of social-psychological factors to the onsetand development of psoriasis.Methods: Using an international meter-SCL-90(Symptom Checklist 90, SCL-90),wetested 76 psoriasis Vulgaris cases and compared the results between groupsrespectively devided by gender,age,marital status, disease course, lesion condition, aswell as TCM differentiation.Results: Compared with healty people,psoriasis patients have higher total score andfactor score (p<0.05) .There are significant differences of factor scores betweengroups respectively devided by gender,age,marital status, disease course and lesioncondition (p<0.05) .There are significant differences of total scores and factor scoresbetween groups with different TCM differentiation (p<0.05 ) .Conclusions: Psoriasis patients have worse psychological situation than heathypeople. There is some influence of social-psychological factors to the onset anddevelopment of psoriasis. There is some relation between psoriasis TCMdifferentiation and psychological condition.
