Objective:to detect the different expression of nuclear factor with BRCT domains protein 1(NFBD1) in cervical cancer and CIN (control CIS), so that to explored its roles in the genesis and development of CIN and cervical cancer.Methods:Imunohistochemistry of NFBD1 and R-T PCR were adopted to detect the expression of NFBD1 in 30 cases of normal cercvix,30 cases of CIN (control CIS) and 30 cases of early cervical squamous cell carcinoma.Results:1. Expression of NFBD1 in CIN and cervical cancer. By IHCThe results of immunohistochemical staining method show, The expressions NFBD1 contains in the groups.The immunohistochemical staining were located mainly in nucleus and several endochylema. while aggravation increse in the pathology,The expressions of NFBD1was stronger and stronger.(1) In CIN group,the expressions NFBD1 contains in the three groups. and bccame stronger while aggravation increse in the pathology. CINI group was stronger than normal cervicx group,but the differences had statistical significance (P>0.05). The expressions NFBD1 in early CINII was stronger than CINI,and the differences had no statistical significance (P>0.05); The expressions of NFBD1 in CINâ…¢(control CIS) compared with CINâ…¡,it is also stronger and there is significance difference(P<0.05); CINâ…¡group was stronger than normal cervicx group,and the differences had statistical significance (P<0.05);The expressions NFBD1 in early cervical squamous cell carcinoma group was significantly stronger than CINâ…¢(control CIS),and the differences had statistical significance (P<0.05);(2) The expressions of NFBD1 in the early cervical squamous cell carcinoma group were related to tumor FIGO staging,patological grade and lymphnode metastasis (P<0.05).2. The expressions of NFBD1 mRNA in the three groups were substantial agreement with the results of Imunohistochemistry of NFBD1The results of RT-PCR show NFBD1 mRNA contains in the groups. and bccame stronger while aggravation increse in the pathology.(1) In CIN group,the expressions NFBD1 contains in the three groups. and bccame stronger while aggravation increse in the pathology. CINI group was stronger than normal cervicx group,but the differences had statistical significance (P>0.05). The expressions NFBD1 in early CINII was stronger than CINâ… ,and the differences had no statistical significance (P>0.05); The expressions of NFBD 1 in CINâ…¢(control CIS) compared with CINâ…¡,it is also stronger and there is significance difference(P<0.05); CINâ…¡group was stronger than normal cervicx group,and the differences had statistical significance (P<0.05);The expressions NFBD1 in early cervical squamous cell carcinoma group was significantly stronger than CINâ…¢(control CIS),and the differences had statistical significance (P<0.05);(2) The expressions of NFBD1 in the early cervical squamous cell carcinoma group were related to tumor FIGO staging,patological grade and lymphnode metastasis (P<0.05).Conclusions:The expressions of NFBD1 contains in the three groups.and bccame stronger while aggravation inceese in the pathology. But there is no statistical differences between the ages groups. And the expressions of NFBD1 in the early cervical squamous cell carcinoma group were related to tumor FIGO staging,patological grade and lymphnode metastasis.So it is presumed that the abnormal strong expression of NFBD1 may be another factor of the occurrence and development of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
