Risk Factors And Clinical Analysis Of Gynecologic Canner With Deep Vein Thrombosis

Objective:To investigate the risk factors of deep vein thrombosis(DVT) with gynecologic canner, for the prevention and treatment of deep vein thrombosis to provide a scientific basis, and analyze the clinical manifestations, diagnosis,and treatment of deep vein thrombosis. Methods:A hospital based case-control study was carried out.We retrospectively analyzed 35 cases of gynecologic canner with thrombosis disease as the case group, which had been treated in our hospital from 2005 to 2010. We also collected 35 cases of gynecologic canner without thrombosis disease as the control group which had been treated in the same period. The content of analysis include risk factors, clinical features, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. With help of software SPSS17.0, we used Logistic regression to evaluate the risk factors. Results:By univariate analysis, surgery,blood transfusion,intervention chemotherapy and central venous cathete were associated with DVT. When multivariate logistic regression analysis was applied surgery,blood transfusion,intervention chemotherapy and central venous cathete were associated with DVT. Conclusions:This study shows that DVT have the relationship with many factors like blood transfusion,intervention chemotherapy and central venous cathete.The prognosis of gynecologic canner with deep vein thrombosis is the result of multiple factors. Use urokinase, low molecular weight dextran and low molecular weight heparin are safe and effective treatment.
