The Clinical Study On Anginapectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease Treated With CHAI-HU-SHU-GAN-SAN

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the prescription of CHAI-HU-SHU-GAN-SAN on coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods:60 patients of angina pectoris were randomly divided into treatment group(30cases)and control group(30cases).XIN-RONG-JIAO-NANG capsule was given to control group.The treatment group were dosed the prescription of FU-FANG-DAN-SHEN-DI-WAN.The influences of clinical effect,ECG and laboratory indexes on coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results:In the treatment group,the total effective rate of relieving angina,improving ECG and meliorating symptoms were respectively 76.9%,73.3%and93.4%;the corresponding remarkable rate were respectively46.7%,23.3%,46.7%which were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05or P<0.01).Conclusion:the prescription of WEN-YANG-TONG-MAI can obtain more remarkable curative effect on treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.
