The Clinical Study On Anginapectoris Of Coronary Heatr Disease Treated With Shu-gan-tong-mai-yin

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the prescription of SHU-GAN-TONG-MAI-YIN on coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods:60patients of angina pectoris were randomly divided into treatment group(30cases)and control group(30cases).XUE-FU-ZHU-YU-JIAO-NANG capsulewas given to control group.The treatment group were dosed the prescription of SHU-GAN-TONG-MAI-YIN.The influences of clinical effect,ECG and laboratory indexes on coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were observed beforeand after treatment in both groups.Results:In the treatment group，the total effective rate of relieving angina，improving ECG and meliorating symptoms were respectively83.3%，76.7%and96.7%；the corresponding remarkable rate were respectively46.7%,23.3%,50.0%；which were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05or P<0.01).Conclusion:the prescription of SHU-GAN-TONG-MAI-YIN can obtain more remarkable curative effect on treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.
