| Objective:The study aims to research the efficacy and safety of stenocardia after PCI,belongs to Qi-yu-tan-re type of traditional Chinese medical science(TCM).Methods: Follow the principle of randomized controlled,divided 66 cases of patients into Control group and Testing group, ensured two groups were no significant differences in age, sex, course of disease, body mass index(BMI), and other aspects.Control group was treated with conventional anti-platelet, reduced cholesterin and relieved ischemia myocardial. Testing group treatment was given Chai Xian Dan Shen Yin TCM prescription only.Treatment time was 2 months,Recorded the observa-tion items and data statistics, Analysis its efficacy and safety.Result:1.Two groups both can relieve discomfort of Chinese Medicine,but Testing group better than Control group(p<0.01).2.Two groups both can reduce the dose of glyceryl trinitrate,but Testing group better than Control group(p<0.05).3.Two groups are both effective in electrocardiogram,but Testing group better than Control group(p<0.05).4.Two groups are both effective in reducing hs-CRP level,but Testing group better than Control group(p<0.05).5.The two groups can reduce D-dimer, and no significant difference between the groups(P > 0.05).6.Two groups are both effective in Seattle Angina Questionnaiire(SAQ),but Testing group better than Control group(p<0.01).Conclusion:1.Chai Xian Dan Shen Yin TCM prescription can obviously improve the discomfort of stenocardia,suppression sense,bother,insomnia, who with stenocardia after PCI,belongs to Qi-yu-tan-re type of traditional Chinese medical science(TCM).2.Chai Xian Dan Shen Yin TCM prescription can significantly reduce the number of stenocardia and the dose of glyceryl trinitrate who with stenocardia after PCI.3.Chai Xian Dan Shen Yin TCM prescription can obviously reduce the degree of myocardial ischemia of the patiens with stenocardia after PCI.4.Chai Xian Dan Shen Yin TCM prescription can obviously improve patients Systemic inflammatory state and effective in reduction of thrombosis.5.Chai Xian Dan Shen Yin TCM prescription can obviously improve patients with stenocardia after PCI the Quality of life.6.It is safe and reliable to use Chai Xian Dan Shen Yin TCM prescription to treat patients with stenocardia after PCI the Quality of life.In conclusion, the treatment of Chai Xian Dan Shen Yin TCM prescription is significant, safe and reliable in with stenocardia after PCI. |
