Objectives:To study the level of plasma lysophosphatidic(LPA) in renal transplantation in patients with thrombosis and evaluate the potential clinical value of the level of plasma lysophosphatidic for early diagnosis and guiding the treatment of the graft thrombosis.Methods:150 patients were divided into three groups: one group uremia patients in 50,another group renal transplantation in patients (after operation in two weeks)in 50 and the third healthy persons served as control. LPA was extracted from plasma of patients and lysophosphatidic acid was isolated further .The quantity of LPA was determined by colorimetric method in using spectro photometer .Every day Check renal transplantation in patients with normal coagulation function within two weeks and use the equipment color Doppler visualize to watch the blood stream of the graft and write down the Vs and RI of the main renal artery and segmental arteries calculate the ratio of APTT/PT.Results:Plasma LPA level of group renal transplantation in patients with thrombosis was(7.6778±0.8663)umol/L,significantly higher than group uremia patients (4.6256±0.6237)umol/L and group renal transplantation in patients without thrombosis after operation within one week(2.9867±0.5446)umol/L and control group(1.2582±0.6528) umol/L and group renal transplantation in patients without thrombosis after operation after one week(1.3679±0.4776))umol/L.while the figure among the four groups the ratio of APTT/Pt were (42.5±6.7 34.6±4.8 43.9±5.2 38.2±5.9),(13.6±2.8 10.9±2.5 11.8±2.3 11.5±2.7),(3.43±0.54 3.37±0.49 3.67±0.52 3.56±0.53)respectively ,p>0.05, and the Vs and RI of the main renal artery and segmental arteries among the groups were (main artery 1.32±0.06 1.36±0.08 segmental arteries 0.56±0.06 0.60±0.07)(main artery 0.71±0.03, 0.65±0.02 segmental arteries 0.67±0.04, 0.62±0.05) respectively ,p>0.05,have no significant difference. Conclusions:As a molecular marker released by activated platelet in vivo, Plasma LPA may be valuable for predicting the early-warning for thrombosis of renal transplantation in patients and early diagnosis and guiding the treatment.
