The paper reports the study detection of the level of plasma lysophophatidic acid (LPA) among 50 cases of patients with cerebral ischemic attack,30 cases of healthy subjets as control group .The results show that in the early stage of infarction , LPA is higher heavily. Further research shows that the increase of plasma LPA is related with blood sugar and cholesterol , LPA increases heavily in patients with high blood sugar and high cholesterol; the paper first reports different parts of infarction have different plasma LPA level, cortical branch of cerebral arteries infarction is higher than central branch infarction. The experiment result shows: As a molecular marker released by activated platelets, LPA can forecast the ischemic shock, plasma LPA may be valuable in diagnosis, treament and evaluate the results of cerebral ischemic attack. If LPA increases, it shows that thrombosis process has started, it's the earliest and most sensitive forcast molecular marker; if the window time from white thrombosis to red thrombosis is effectively used to give them treatment, the infarction will not happen. Therefore, a special platelets LPA receptor narcotic may provide a new way to cure the infarction. The higher LPA rises, the more serious patients are. So LPA can forcast the patients' prognosis.
