Objective To explore the relationship between the homocysteine(homocysteine,HCY),and the thrombomodulin (thrombomodulin, TM) in serum under hypertensive complicated cerebral infarction. Methods: In serum of 30 subjects with hypertensive complicated cerebral infarction groups, 31 patients with primary hypertension and 30 normal controls, the levels of HCY,TM was detected by ELISA method. Results:1, Primary hypertension with cerebral infarction serum HCY, TM level than primary hypertension group, significantly higher than normal control group, the cy elevated levels of atherosclerotic plaque formation is an independent risk factor, Reason may be hypertension in the effects of stress by turbulence and should change of such hemodynamic deals damage caused by endothelial cells through a series of reaction mechanism, further inflaming the clotting, fibrinolytic index abnormalities and thrombotic complications2, high blood pressure groups of patients HCY, TM was higher than that of normal control group, High blood pressure because the hemodynamic changes, make damaged vascular endothelial cells from cells, TM was released into the blood, make serum TM levels. Explain the existence of essential hypertension patients with vascular endothelial injury, and blood pressure levels rising and target organ involvement degree of aggravating, molecular markers levels increase. In recent years has put TM vascular endothelial injury as a new markers,,3, Plasma HCY eleations and there is a correlation between endothelial cell injury. For HCY can promote low-density lipoprotein (LDL), the oxidation, the oxidation LDL can affect the activity, cause TM of damaged endothelial function, Both increased serum level in the widely exist in hypertension patient, tip TM, Hcy may participate in the occurrence of hypertension.Conclusion: high HCY hematic disease is high blood pressure and cerebral infarction patients, an independent risk factor in serum protein level is adjust blood clots vascular endothelial cells reaction of good damage index, united detection HCY and TM level, serum blood pressure and help to predict the risk of cardiovascular disease.the results showed that the activity of serum HCY and TM were higher than those in control group. So the Serum HCY concentrations was positively correlated with TM. And the HCY and SBP serum levels were independently dangerous factors for injury the blood vessel endothelial cell, which resulted hypertensive cerebral infarction.Conclusion: The serum Hcy is one of the independent risk factors of hypertensive cerebral infarction,Level of thrombomodulin is valuable in evaluation of damger degrees of endothelial cell.The study shows that the combined examination of HCY and TM would be helpful to diagnose and monitor the development of endothelial cell injury of blood vessel in early stage of the hypertension.
