| Farmers'medical security is the important problem of our country. It not only concerns farmers'health level, also concerns social stability and economy development. All levels government and health department emphasis on choosing the rural medical security system which appropriate our country condition, the level of social department, management system and farmers' demand. The construction of the Rural Cooperation Medical System rises and falls for several times till the New Cooperative Medical System (NCMS) established in 2003. As a new system, its system management, operation and farmers' medical demand need practice to examine.To analyze the implement condition of NCMS, compensation condition of benefit farmers and operation condition of system, on the basis of comprehensive analysis of NCMS in Xingtai city by SPSS statistical software. I insist through improving the relative laws and regulations, raising the proportion of compensation costs, strengthening the construction of rural basic medical and supervision system, improving the management level, really enhance the basic medical level of the farmers, to make sure that all farmers in our country share the profit of economic development. |
