Clinical Observation Of Chaixian Danshen Decoction In The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:In this study,we conducted a randomized controlled clinical trial of Chaixian Danshen Decoction to observe the changes of clinical monitoring indicators in TCM syndrome scores and related laboratory projects of two groups of patients,in order to understand the safety and therapeutic effect of Chaixian Danshen Decoction in treating stable angina pectoris with phlegm-heat-stasis blocking heart collaterals,and to provide new prescriptions for clinical prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods:According to randomized grouping and control principle,sixty-six subjects who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(Thirty-three cases)and control group(Thirty-three cases).There was no significant difference in age,sex,course of disease and complications between the two groups before treatment.The treatment group was treated with Chaixian Danshen Yin plus routine western medicine treatment,while the control group was treated with routine western medicine treatment.The treatment period was one month,and the treatment period was observed continuously for two months.Before and after treatment,clinical symptoms,signs,laboratory examinations,nitroglycerin withdrawal rate,electrocardiogram,Seattle Angina Scale(see Appendix C)were collected to determine the efficacy and safety of Chaixian Danshen Yin.Results:Sixty-six patients were enrolled in this clinical observation trial.Six of them failed to complete the observation test due to the reasons of not taking drugs according to the regulations and disconnection.Finally,a total of sixty patients were included in the medical statistics,including thirty cases in the treatment group and thirty cases in the control group.The results showed that the treatment group showed certain advantages in laboratory examination,electrocardiogram,TCM syndrome score,nitroglycerin stop-and-drop rate,SAQ and other comprehensive curative effects(P<0.05),and the safety was good.In the course of clinical observation,except for three subjects in the control group and 1 in the treatment group,there were dizziness and nausea symptoms at the beginning of taking drugs,and no adverse reactions occurred in the remaining subjects.Conclusion:In this study,the clinical efficacy and safety of Chaixian Danshen Decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were studied by randomized controlled method.The following conclusions were drawn:(1)Chaixian Danshen Decoction plus routine western medicine treatment group could improve the clinical symptoms of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,improve the quality of life of patients,improve the SAQ score,reduce the number of attacks of angina pectoris,and reduce the number of attacks of angina pectoris.The degree of attack of mild angina pectoris.(2)Chaixian Danshen drink is safe to take,and no adverse reactions have been found.
