The Effect And Change Of Yiqishugan Decoction To CAT,GSH-PX,SOD And MDA In Essential Hypertension Patients With Insufficiency Of The Qi Of The Liver

Objectives:To study the effect of Yiqishugan decoction to Isolated Systolic Hypertension(ISH) by observing the changes of Catalase(CAT),Glutaione peroxidase(GSH-PX),Superoxide Dismutase(SOD),Maleic Dialdehyde(MDA) in hypertension patients of 1,2 period of EH with insufficiency of the Qi of the liverMethods:Eighty cases of ISH were selected and divided into two groups randomly(treatment group and western medicine control group), and treated with Yiqishugan decoction and Filodipine respectively for four weeks.Ten cases were normal people,treated nothing(normal group).After four weeks,we observed the changes of CAT.GSH-PX.SOD. MDA in serum among the three groups.The curative effects on BP. Chinese medical syndromes were observed between treatment group and control group Results:1.After four weeks,there was a marked reduce of symptom integral between the two groups,and the symptom integral of the treatment group was reduced more markedly than that of the control group(P<0.01).The effective rate of Chinese medical syndrome was P25% in the treatment group and 70% in the control group,with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).2.After 4 weeks treatment,the blood pressure was markedly decreased in both groups (p>0.05),The blood pressure difference of Yiqishugan group was (31.02±7.67)mmHg;and the blood pressure difference of control group was (29.26±7.06)mmHg.there was significant difference between both groups in blood pressure difference(P<0.01)3.Before treatment, CAT,GSH-PX,SOD were low and MDA was high in both group,which was a markedly different between the normal groups (p<0.01).After 4 weeks treatment,the difference of CAT in the Yiqishugan group was 18.32±1.62 u/ml and the control group was 7.35±1.32 u/ml;GSH-PX in the Yiqishugan group was 127.95±5.44u/ml, the control group was 14.17±4.21 u/ml;SOD in the Yiqishugan group was 18.50±8.15 U/ml,the control group was 4.43±3.12U/ml;MDA in the Yiqishugan group was 2.33±1.19nmol/ml,the control group was 1.23±1.11nmol/ml.After treatment,CAT,GSH-PX,SOD were rise and MDA was fall more markedly than that of before treatment(P<0.01). There was a markedly different between the two groups (p<0.01). Conclusions:1 Yiqishugan decoction can decrease on BP effectively and improve patients life-quality and resist oxidation excess of endothelium cell.2.Yiqishugan decoction can rise the contention of SOD.CAT.GSH-PX in serum and decrease the contention of MDA in serum, which can protect endothelium cell function well.3.Yiqishugan decoction is an effective prescription to the patient with insufficiency of the Qi of the liver of the EH.
