Therefore the government has built up new rural cooperative system with the purpose of solving the rural medical security system. It is impossible for us to build up unified rural medical security model because of differences in different regions. The condition has existed in the development of multi model for rural medical security system.The author introduces the formation and evolution as well as present situation of cooperative medical system in Chinese rural areas, analyzes the reasons all-round basis for the influences and reasons for its decline, and puts forward of the proposal for its re-establishment.
