Ginseng saponins were main pharmacological activity in ginseng ingredients.According to the glycoside structure Ginseng saponins could be divided into dammarane-type tetracyclic and oleanolic acid type Pentacyclic Triterpenoid Saponin. Currently, Most of studies focused on separation,preparation and pharmacological activity of dammarane-type ginseng saponins,There were less studies on oleanolicacid type Saponin.For researching the oleanolic acid type ginseng saponins and malonylginsenosides ginseng saponins,A rapid preparation method of ginseng saponin Ro was established,while,Using LC/MS method analied and separated malonylginsenoside from ginseng saponins, Main results as follows:1 Using medium-voltage reversed-phase chromatography column method for ginseng saponin Ro rapid preparation:50% Methanol constant-current elution, Velocity: 5mL/min, Component collector:3min/tube,Elutiontime:3h.Using silica gel column chromatography technology Rb1, Rb2 and Re were isolated.from fresh panax.2 Through the content determination,The differences of ginseng saponin Ro content was: Suncured ginseng>fresh ginseng>Candied ginseng>red ginseng;Rhizoma>branch fibrous-root>mainroot>hair fibrous-root;epidermis>phloem>xylem;With the extension of storage period,The ginseng saponin Ro content decreased.From above we could see that The highest content in fresh ginseng was ginseng saponin Ro, and different in different parts of the organization. The ginseng saponin Ro changed with storaging and processing process.3 A new ginseng saponin was isolated from red ginseng by conventional column chromatography, and identificated by mass spectrometry and NMR.The structure was 3-O-[-D-glucuronopyranosyl-(1→2)-D-glucuronopyranosyluronic Acid]oleanolic acid.while, A known oleanolic acid type ginseng saponin Ro and ginseng saponin 20(R)-Rg3 from the red ginseng were isolated.4 Using LC/MS method researched total malonylginsenosides ginseng saponins,Found it contained many unreported malonylginsenosides ginseng saponins, And isolated malonylginsenosides ginseng saponins Ro,The molecular weight was 1042.
