The liver is the largest glands of human body. Liver, gallbladder and other systems play a special role and have a important value in human life activities. The research on liver and gallbladder in clinical medicine for treating system has researched a fruitful achievement. However, in the field of sports medicine, the research on liver is rarely. And the knowledge about liver, bravery, the portal in the movement of the morphological changes, blood, physiological, biochemical, athletic pathological changes is also limited. Therefore, the research in motion and functions of the system are worth concerning in sports medicine field. And the practice is to be a scientific field. Take moveable disease as an example,interrelated data shows that abdominal pain in the right upper part takes 64.3% in moveable abdominal pain. Main organs in the right upper abdomen are liver, gallbladder and pulse. And the changes of those main organs lead to the pain. According to modern theories, internal organs are overloaded due to too much exercise intensity in the early stage of sport. The venous blood and vein are affected and inferior vena cava pressure rises, which leads to the circumfluence of liver and spleen vein and the pain caused by touching tension force.But in movement or violent athletes, the blood is redistributed, and with the function of medullary secretes hormones kidneys, systemic circulation increases, and most of blood goes to the skin and skeletal muscle. Therefore, viscera are in a state of ischemia. Due to the lack of research on liver gallbladder and pulse, the research on the reason of abdominal pain in the right upper part needs to be further, which is the main focus of this paper.But because of experimental conditions and liver, bravery, portal system of sports medicine theoretical restrictions, the methods used by the author of this paper are Doppler ultrasound imaging, which is safe and effective. It is proved that based on the results of experiments and samples, ischemia exists during sports. And whether the abdominal pain in the right upper part is hemorrhagic pain or Ischemic pain needs to be discussed in future.The study of live, gallbladder and pulse in this paper can lay a foundation to the study on this topic. And it is hopeful to provide a safe, harmless and reliable index for medical supervision.
