The genotype distribution of Fâ…¦R353Q polymorphism and the Fâ…¦5'F7 polymorphism were compatible with the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium in the cerebral infarction group and control. Among the normal subjects, the frequencies of these two allele in the Hunan Han population might vary with different ethnic groups or geographic regions.2. There are three genotypes in Fâ…¦R353Q---RR, RQ and QQ. The genotypes distribution between cerebral infarction group and control have significant difference (P<0.05). The R and Q allele distribution have significant difference (P<0.05). The frequencies of the Q allele carrier (RQ+QQ) are significantly lower than control. 3. There are three genotypes in Fâ…¦5'F7---P0P0, P0P10 and P10P10. The genotype distribution between cerebral infarction group and control has no significant difference (P>0.05). The PO and P10 allele distribution have no significant difference (P>0.05). The frequencies of the P10 allele (P0P10+P10P10) have no statistical difference between cerebral infarction group and control (P>0.05).Conclusion1.
