The Observation Of Clinical Effect Of Shenyi Jianzhong Decoction Combined With Artery On Treating Gastric Cancer Of Spleen Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Objective:To observe the Shenyi Jianzhong Decoction of Jianpi Huoxue method combined with artery intervention on the gastric cancer of spleen deficiency and blood stasis and to explore its treating mechanism.Methods:50 patients with gastric cancer of spleen deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into the single artery intervention group and the combined group. Observe the changes of KS scores, quality of life, TCM syndroms and hemoglobin, platelets, leukocytes, liver and renal functions before and after treatment, and tracing the tumor recurrence during and after the treatment (each 4-5 weeks as a course of treatment).Results:Both of the intervention group and the combined group can improve the KS scores, quality of life, the TCM syndroms, and the incidence of low toxicity, while after the treatment, the combined group can significantly increase KS scores, quality of life, reduce the stomach pain, abdominal inflation, anorexia, and fatigue etica. It can also significantly reduce toxicity, delay tumor recurrence.There were significant difference between the two groups in these aspects above(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenyi Jianzhong Decoction combined with Artery intervention in treatment of gastric cancer patients of spleen deficiency and blood stasis, can significantly ameliorate the clinical symptoms, reduce gastric mucosal damage and inflammation, reduce toxicity, enhance the quality of life, and delay tumor recurrence and so on.These are the major roles in the mechanism of Tradition Chinese.
