[Backgroud] The incidence of prostate cancer in China increased significantly. the current lack of specific marker fearly diagnosis of prostate cancer. patients are often diagnosed as the advaced Pca in the outpatient department who have lost the opportunity of surgery.which lead to the poor prognosis. To diagnose the disease.many studies have focused on gene field in recent years. prostate cancer antigen 3 is a very important aspect[Objective]This paper aims to detect PCA3 gene expression in urine sediments after prostate massage by RT-PCR. The goal is to explor the significance of diagnosis of prostate cancer compared to serum PSA and prostate pathology[Material and Method] Urine of prostate cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia patients were collected and centrifuged. PSA being as a housekeeping gene.total RNA extracted from urine sediment are reverselly transcript. we observe the PCA3 gene expression after agarosegel electrophoresis:12.0 statistical software package with SPASS statistical analysis..[Results] Patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and prostate cancer have urinary PSA gene expression. PCA3 gene only expressed in with prostate cancer:the value between serum PSA. PCA3 gene express differentially for this study.[Conclusion] Prostate cancer gene 3 (PCA3) is specificity with prostate cancer:PCA3 urine assay can be used as a diagnostic marker of prostate cancer...
