Objectives:Preliminary evaluation of Xuesaitong pills in treating Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease (Syndrome of heart blood stagnation) and the efficacy and safety, speculated that its mechanism, to further define the scope of the drug's indication.Method:1. To Xuesaitong tablet as control, using randomized, double-blind clinical trial method, the 44 eligible patients were randomly divided into test group 22 patients (given 10 Xuesaitong Pills and 2 Xuesaitong tablet placeboes, three times a day) and contrast group 22 patients (given 2 Xuesaitong tablets and 10 Xuesaitong Pill placeboes, three times a day), two groups in gender, age, course of illness, underlying diseases, etc. There was no significant difference compared (P>0.05), with the balance of comparability; over the same period of clinical observation for four weeks.2. Before and after treatment to observe the symptoms, signs, the overall improvement rate and markedly effective rate, and do statistical analysis to compare its efficacy. 3. Laboratory routine blood test, urine routine, stool, liver and kidney function as a security index to determine whether the toxic Xuesaitong pills side effects.4. Observe the ECG before and after treatment, serum lipids, blood rheology indicators of change.5. Measurement data to X±S said, using t test analysis; count data using X2 test or Fisher exact test tests, using Ridit level data analysis, all data using SPSS statistical software for analysis and processing.Results:1. Chinese patients after the treatment the total symptom score, angina symptom total score (see table 5) were significantly lower than before treatment, showed statistically significant difference (P<0.05); the two groups after treatment the total symptom in TCM integral aspects of angina symptom total score was no difference between the two groups was significant (P>0.05).2. Two groups of patients after treatment syndromes in Chinese medicine efficacy, angina symptom efficacy compared (see table 6,7):test group the overall progress of TCM efficacy of 45.5%, angina symptom improvement rate of the overall efficacy of 50.0%; control group, traditional Chinese medicine Syndromes of the overall efficacy rate of 45.5% improvement, the overall effect of angina symptom improvement rate of 54.5% between the two groups did not differ significantly (P>0.05).3. Two groups after treatment compared ECG effects (see table 8): test group were 9.1% efficiency, the total improvement rate of 59.1%; control group, markedly effective rate of 4.5%, the total improvement rate of 59.1%. Was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).4. Two groups of drugs in patients with the onset time of comparison (see table 9):test group and control group "of drug onset time" comparison between the two groups was statistically significant difference (P<0.01), and the test group than the control group.5. Two groups after treatment in patients with "Chinese single symptom" of "palpitations" Comparison of efficacy (see table 10): test group and control group after treatment of "palpitations" Comparison of efficacy difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05), and the test group than the control group; other indicators between the two groups was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).6. The two groups before and after treatment in patients with blood lipid effects (see table 11) comparison:test group after treatment significantly reduced TC, compared with the control group after treatment was significantly (P<0.05); test group and the control group after treatment were right no significant decrease TG or LDL-C effect was no statistically significant difference between the groups (P>0.05); test group and control group before and after treatment there was no statistically significant difference in comparison (P>0.05).7. The two groups of hemorheology in patients before and after treatment comparison (see table 12):test group and control group before and after treatment efficacy of blood rheology was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05); the two groups of hemorheology after treatment Comparison of efficacy between the two groups was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). 8. Two groups of patients after treatment of blood, urine, stool routine, liver and kidney function tests showed no abnormality, suggesting that the drug had no significant toxic side effects and adverse reactions. Conclusion:Xuesaitong pills treatment of angina pectoris (Syndrome of heart blood stagnation) was safe, effective, can significantly improve the patient's symptoms and signs. Of arrhythmia benign premature beats may have therapeutic effects in the promotion of clinical applications, its role possible mechanism of its fast onset time, the role of rapid and reduce the cholesterol effects.
