Objective: To observe Shenluokang Keli on experimental IgA nephropathy tubulointerstitial TGF-β1 mRNA expression to expore the kidney of IgA nephro pathy and Culture Network tubuloin ter stitial damage treatment.Methods: 60 male wister rats were randomly divided into model group, kidney network and culture roup, benazepril group,blank control, the use of bovine serum albumin (BAS)+carbon tetrach loride (CCL4)+LPS(LPS) was established rat model of IgA nephropathy .Experiment a total of 13 weeks, after the detection of drugs in urine red blood cell count,urinary protein, urinaryNAG enzyme, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, by light microscopy, immuno fluorescence observation of the patho logical changes of kidney tissue, immunohistochemical detection of TGF-β1 mRNA at tubulointerstitial expression.Results: Shenluokang keli significantly reduce the urine red blood cells, 24h proteinuria, urinary enzymes NAG, creatinine, urea nitrogen, can effectively lower TGF-β1 mRNA in the expression of tubulointersti tial .Conclution: Shenluokang keli through the low TGF-β1 mRNA in the expression of tubulointerstitial delaying renal interstitial fibrosis, the protection of renal function.
