Shen Luo Kang Jiangji On The IgA Nephropathy Rat Kidney Tissues TNF–α And IL-6 Protein Expression Effect

Objective: To observe Shenluokang Jianji on experimental IgA nephropathy tubulointerstitial TNF-αand IL-6 expression to explore the kidney of IgA nephropathy and Culture Network tubulointerstitial damage treatment Methods: 48 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into model group, kidney network and culture roup,High-dosage groups of Shenluokang,Dose group of Shenluokang,Low dose group of Shenluokang, blank control group, the use of bovine serum albumin (BAS) + carbon tetrachloride (CCL4) + LPS ( LPS) was established rat model of IgA nephropathy.Experiment a total of 14 weeks, after the detection of drugs in urine red blood cell count, urinary protein, urinary NAG enzyme, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, by light microscopy,immunofluorescence observation of the pathological changes of kidney tissue, immunohistochemical detection of TNF-α, IL-6 At tubulointerstitial expression.Results: Shenluokang jianji can significantly reduce urinary red blood cell count, lower urinary NAG, reduced protein efficiency and benazepril were significantly different (P <0.05), renal network between shenluokang jianji groups was no significant reduction of urinary NAG differences ((P> 0.05), lower serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, TNF-α, IL-6 levels decreased expression compared with benazepril significantly different (P <0.05), decoction of the kidney network and Sport There were significant group differences (P <0.05), high dose group than in the low dose group.Conclusion: Shenluokang jianji through the lower TNF-αand IL-6 in the expression of tubulointerstitial delaying renal interstitial fibrosis, the protection of renal function.
