Objective:High performance liquid chromatography to monitor blood concentration of anti-tuberculosis drugs, AIDS patients with TB compared with the pure anti-TB drugs TB blood concentration is different. Combined with flow cytometry AIDS TB patients in the level of CD4 + T lymphocytes compared with anti-TB drugs in serum are correlated.Subjects and methods:1, high performance liquid chromatography combined 28 cases of HIV in TB patients with rifampin, isoniazid and pyrazinamide in plasma concentration, but also with patient age, gender, and other complications are comparable to choose 28 cases of simple human tuberculosis control group, measured by high performance liquid chromatography of serum isoniazid, pyrazinamide and rifampin plasma concentration. Both groups were comparable anti-TB drugs in serum is different. 2, combined with flow cytometry AIDS TB patients CD4 + T lymphocyte levels, compared with anti-TB drugs in serum are correlated.Results:1. Isoniazid in the context of linear concentration 0.5-30μg/ml good pyrazinamide in 1-50μg/ml well within the linear; rifampicin in the context of linear 0.5-25μg/ml good.2. Two groups of patients between serum concentrations of rifampicin. AIDS complicated group of patients blood concentration of rifampicin was 2.26±0.97 ug / ml, pure TB group of patients blood concentration of rifampicin was 4.17±1.69 ug / ml, compared the two groups were significantly different (t =- 6.563, P = 0.000). AIDS complicated by tuberculosis patients in rifampicin plasma concentrations lower than those of tuberculosis.3. Two groups of patients no difference in plasma concentration of isoniazid. AIDS complicated by tuberculosis isoniazid serum concentration of group 4.17±1.69ug/ml, pure blood concentration of isoniazid in tuberculosis group was 3.26±1.30 ug / ml, no significant difference between two groups (t =- 0.675, P = 0.506)4. Two groups of patients no difference in blood concentration of pyrazinamide. AIDS complicated by tuberculosis group pyrazinamide in plasma concentration of 18.94±7.28ug/ml, pure blood concentration of pyrazinamide in tuberculosis group was 18.81±7.76 ug / ml, no significant difference between two groups (t = 0.063, P = 0.951 ).5. CD4 + T lymphocyte levels, and serum concentrations of rifampicin was no correlation. (R = 0.38, P = 0.099)6. CD4 + T lymphocyte levels, and serum concentration of isoniazid was no correlation (r = 0.081, P = 0.681)7. CD4 + T lymphocyte levels, and serum concentrations of pyrazinamide was no correlation (r = 0.125, P = 0.527).Conclusion:1, Efficient chromatography can be used for tuberculosis patients in routine monitoring of blood concentration.2, Two groups have different blood concentration of rifampicin, rifampicin AIDS patients with tuberculosis patients in plasma concentrations lower than those of tuberculosis.3, AIDS patients with TB patients and TB patients alone was no difference in plasma concentration of isoniazid.4 AIDS patients with tuberculosis patients and TB patients alone was no difference in blood concentration of pyrazinamide.5, CD4 + T lymphocyte levels, and serum concentrations of rifampicin was no correlation.6, CD4 + T lymphocyte levels, and serum concentration of isoniazid was no correlation7. CD4 + T lymphocyte levels, and serum concentrations of pyrazinamide was no correlation...
