Observation To The Curative Effect Of High-intensity Focused Ultrasound Treatment On Patients With Allergic Rhinitis

Objective: To investigate the effect and risk factors of High-intensity focused ultrasound on patients with allergy rhinitis, and analysis the influence factors from statistics'side. Method: The clinical data of 88 patients with allergy rhinitis cured by the High-intensity focused ultrasound, search and analysis the information which comes from the patients who receives the curing method by a researcher. Design the'HIFU patients investigate form'according to the reference and clinic experience, and help the patients finish the form under the researcher's guide. Results: After 3 months from the operation, 79 patients still have a good level, account 89.77%, there are no significance difference between sex group. Differences exist between the light degree and medium-heavy degree AR's curative effect(P<0.05), and patients of different age and course of illness also react dissimilar at the HIFU treatment(P<0.05). Smoking exists as a risk factor to the HIFU's curative effect, and has a correlation with i(tP<0.05,γ=0.239).Nasal cavity aridity is the main symptom that influence patients living level and can exist for a long time. Conclusions: The High-intensity focused ultrasound has a better curative effect to the AT patients whose course of illness among 4 years. The relation between smoking and HIFU curative effect is not accurate currently, and whether HIFU treatment leads to the nasal cavity aridity still needs a further research.
